I love belting out songs in the car, dancing like no one's watching, eating the good snacks after my kids go to bed, drinking a warm mug of tea, snuggling babies, high fiving kiddos, meeting new friends, and seeing the beauty in the messy, loud, perfectly imperfect journey of parenthood.

but it also flies by so fast!

I got my first camera over 9 years ago shortly after my first son, Jesse, was born. Those days seemed so endless at the time, but now I can barely remember them. I'm thankful for every picture I took that saved his chubby baby rolls, his first moments with his brother, Zac, and our family's silly story as they grow to look back on when it feels like a lifetime ago.

My favorite images always end up being the snuggles and the big belly laughs between the "posed" moments. I love letting the kiddos run around and goof off and be silly, that's where we get a lot of their true selves captured (and it gives you parents a break!) so no one gets bored or impatient.
